About the Laboratory
The Enchanting Laboratory is an innovative initiative that places tour guides and local drivers at the center of the tourist experience, recognizing their strategic role as true ambassadors of Brazil. Developed by EmbraturLab in partnership with the Federal Fluminense University (UFF), the project combines high-level training, innovation, and collaborative construction to qualify professionals working in international tourism in the State of Rio de Janeiro.
